Lahore Smart City is always thankful to our valued clients and our esteemed sales partners for their utmost believe in our projects. Lahore Smart City has established its name in ever-growing market when it comes to the amenities, state of the art infrastructure and quality services in no time in the region. We extend our gratitude and congratulate to all our esteemed members who have secured their plot allocations with the due course of time given by company for selections notified through circular No. LSC/S&M/08/24/747 as per their defined priority of selection criteria.

The intent of this letter is to formally remind our members about the clearance of outstanding payments against your plots. As per Allocation slip outstanding payment needs to clear within 2 months from selection of plot on map, failure to do so may result in cancellation of location and allotment of location in 3^rd balloting. Therefore, all members of Overseas & Executive West (previously named Overseas & Executive ONE), Overseas & Executive Central (previously named Overseas & Executive TWO) to clear the payment of outstanding installments till 20^th April, 2024.

However, Management is pleased to inform all the members who make installment payments till 8^th April, 2024 are eligible for following discount: -

1. 3% discount on each due or outstanding installment amount of plot(s) (Residential & Commercial plots).
2. 6% discount on each advance installment amount of plot(s) (Residential & Commercial Plots). Member can avail discount on maximum up to 03 advance installments.

Please be advised that if member fail to pay on time, we will have no choice but to cancel the location and allotment of location as per company policy and criteria in Next Balloting.

Note: The discount is valid till 8^th April, 2024. Above policy is applicable on Cash/Pay order/Credit card and Online transaction. 

Furthermore, we are also pleased to announce that 3^rd ballot acknowledgement slips will start from May 2024 In sha Allah in general along with holding 2^nd General balloting event. However, as an incentive, all members who wish to participate in advance for 3^rd ballot for plot selection on their own choice can pay 45% payment (Residential Plot) and 35% payment (Commercial plot) between 28^th March till 8^th April 2024 and get their acknowledgment slips issued. Management will not demand for further payment as an incentive from these members only in May 2024. However, these will be limited numbers of plots so do not wait for the last date and 3^rd ballot acknowledgment slips (for limited number of plots) will start from 28 March 2024. For those members who wish to opt of 3^rd ballot in May 2024, will have to deposit the payment as per criteria of 75% & 60% payments for residential and commercial respectively.

Lahore Smart City is developing at very fast pace, we have already given the possession of Overseas Prime and soon, In sha Allah, we will be announcing possession of Overseas Sector A & B and Executive Sector A & B. Moreover, we are pleased to announce that location selection of 2^nd Balloting will start from 22^nd January 2024 at 11AM PKT. We urge everyone to please get your allocations done through our online portal or Smart City Digital Application. Clients can reach out to our Lahore office and Islamabad office for their selections as well.

With reference to letter LSC/S&M/08/23/0670 dated 18^th August 2023, the priorities of selection will be given as per following schedule: -.

1. 1^st Priority of Selection will be given to those clients who have their acknowledgment slips issued till 2^nd Sep 2023 and paid their dues respectively can process selection of their plot between 22^nd January till 28^th January 2024.
2. 2^nd Priority of Selection will be given to those clients who have their acknowledgment slips issued between 3^rd Sep till 9^th Sep 2023 and paid their dues respectively can process selection of their plot between 29^th January till 4^th February 2024.
3. 3^rd Priority of Selection will be given to all the remaining clients who have their acknowledgment slips issued from 10^th Sep onwards and paid their dues respectively can also opt the opportunity to select their plots between 5^th February till 17^th February 2024.

The above-mentioned priority criteria are for Residential (5,7,10,12 and 20 Marla) plots. Commercial includes (2.66, 4, 6 and 8 Marla) plots. Moreover 3.5M Residential plots Selection dates will be announced soon as its Town planning is in final stages.

DISCOUNT POLICY

Please refer to our previous letter number CSC/S&M/08/23/0670 dated 18^th August 2023, Management has decided to extend the discount policy as communicated in above referred letter till 30^th September 2023. Details are given below: -

1. 3% discount on each due or outstanding installment amount of plots (Residential & Commercial plots).
2. 6% discount on each advance installment amount of plots (Residential & Commercial Plots).
3. Member can avail discount on maximum up to 3 installments.
4. 7% discount on booking of new plots on 50% down payment and 12% discount on booking of new plot on 100% payment.

Exciting news for the members having 2.66 & 6 Marla commercial and 3.5 Marla residential plots. With reference to previous circular LSC/S&M/08/23/0692 dated 7^th September 2023, the acknowledgment slips are scheduled to be issued from 2^nd October 2023 till 28^th October 2023, therefore, discount policy on 2.66 & 6 Marla Commercial and 3.5 Marla residential plots will continue till 28^th October 2023. Selection of 2.66 & 6 Marla Commercial in Overseas 1 and Executive 1 will start from 18^th September 2023 as announced earlier.

Selection process of 2^nd Balloting slips dates has been rescheduled due to inclusion of other categories plots in upcoming balloting. New dates will be announced in first week of October 2023 In Sha Allah.

Amendement to Balloting Priority dates of LSC

Keeping in view our system up-gradation and request from our Sales Partners, we are extended date of First priority of balloting till 2nd September 2023. Please note that now we will have only 03 Priorities of 2nd balloting which are as follows: -

a. 1st Priority of Selection will be given to the members who will deposit their outstanding Installments between 21st August till 2nd September 2023

b. 2nd Priority of Selection will be given to the members who will deposit their outstanding Installments between 4th September till 9th September 2023.

c. 3rd Priority of Selection will be given to the members who will deposit their outstanding Installments between 11th September till 16th September 2023.

Management of Lahore Smart City would like to thank all its members and Selling Partners for believing in our project and services. Thank you for being part of the first selection criteria. The issuance of Acknowledgment Receipts has been closed which was extended for 10 days on our valuable customer’s request. In sha Allah balloting for the first phase (Overseas One & Executive One) will take place on 13^th May 2023.

All members for selection of plots are highly advised to meet the timeline for selection of plots as this will not be extended nor we shall meet any request later on.

Terms & Conditions for the selection procedure are as under:

• Members who have booked their plots on 100%, 50% and 40% downpayment can avail the opportunity to select their own plot between 29^th March till 4^th April 2023, subject that members have selection acknowledgment receipt for first balloting.
• Members who have clear their instalments on time as per given schedule and meet the criteria of selection for the first phase (60%) can also avail the opportunity to select their plot between 5^th April till 12^th April 2023, subject that members have selection acknowledgment receipt for first balloting.
• Members who have received their Acknowledgments receipts for the selection of their plot after company announcement for balloting criteria (minimum 60%) can also avail the opportunity to select their plot between 13^th April till 19^th April 2023, subject that members have selection acknowledgment receipt for first balloting.

Members are requested to visit our DHA Phase 8 Lahore office and Head Office F-11 Markaz Islamabad for their selections. Moreover, members will be given the opportunity to select their plot through our Member Web Portal.

All members are highly advised to do the selection through our online Member Web Portal to avoid long queue and waiting time. If any of member is not registered, they are requested to register their member portal by visiting our web site www.lahoresmartcitypk.com 

All members who have acknowledgment receipts for plot selection (60% of the plot value) must ensure that they have cleared their outstanding installments without any delay as per given schedule at the time of selection to avoid any complications.
